Dual System Education Experience By. Winda Rospita

My name is Winda Rospita. I am studying at Ulul Albab Vocational School, Sukabumi City. I sit in class XI, majoring in Office Management Automation. In accordance with the name of the Vocational High School, I therefore implemented the Dual System Education . And tell me a little about my experience at PSG.

I was placed in an institution called the Office of National Unity and Politics which is located at Jl Lettu Bakri No. 20, Sukabumi City. The duration of the Dual System Education is approximately 3 months from December 10, 2018 to March 11, 2019. I only have groups of 2 people.

First, I implemented the Dual System Education I felt afraid, not confident, afraid that here I was not afraid of the people but afraid that I could not do the work given. But after I entered Dual System Education  on the first day I felt mediocre because the employees there were very kind and friendly. And when I was given my job, I was directed and guided first by the employee there to make it easier to carry out the work. The Office of National Unity and Politics is only working on Mondays-Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. And the hours of work are from 07.30 WIB - 16.00 WIB.

from the results of the Dual System Education  I gained additional knowledge, insight, what the world of work was like and knowing more about office equipment, office machines. The benefits of the existence of this Dual System Education  are to train physically and mentally, discipline time and so as not to be awkward when we work, gain new knowledge and new friends because this Dual System Education  is not only done in the Ulul Albab Vocational School only but in other schools too. Unfortunately, none of the other schools that conduct dual system education  at the National Unity and Political Office is because there are still those who have PSG at the National Unity and political office.

My main job or core work at the Office of National Unity and Politics is "Schedule Incoming and Exit Letters and Disposing Letters". But when there is an employee who asks for help or asks for help to make something, we must help, for example, filing a letter, making a recommendation letter, making a picket schedule and so on. The obstacle when I implemented the Dual System Education  was the lack of mastering office equipment.
