Previously I
introduced fika nurafni the most beautiful name that my parents gave me the
most beautiful inheritance. I started to go to the Ulul Albab school on June
15, 2018, it didn't seem like time passed until finally arrived on December 10
2018, the beginning of the dual education system was the place that would
become the second place after school for me to search for various sciences and
more precisely knowing the world of work I do not need to search it to various
agencies because the school has determined where we will be placed and finally
I was placed in the Islamic Hospital of Assyifa in Sukabumi city which is
located at jl. Jend sudirman no. 03 this city of Sukabumi I am not only myself
in this company I was accompanied by 4 of my friends.

The first time I came
to the hospital Islam Assyifa where I did a dual system education I was welcomed
by the office council RS Assyifa named Ibu Diah there I was welcomed by him
because maybe because this agency trusted students in my school with pretty
good trust, times I was invited to go around the Islamic hospital in Assyifa
and go directly to the part where I will be in place and finally I was placed
in the outpatient section of the Marwah building, maybe you are quite surprised
I came from the office administration department and why was I placed in
outpatient care oh my god, it's not really connected, yes: 0 etss, don't be
confused on the story, so the story is that I'm there being the admin of this
outpatient department, why don't I really, especially my people are flexible
maybe: D just be confident ask how long have you been there? Okay so I'm there
for approximately 102 days or maybe 3 more months starting from 10 December
2018 to 11 March 2019 all right guys guys I don't have any questions, can I
get any knowledge there? Alhamdulillah, I can archive patient files sorting
files, doing telephone receiving telephone, scheduling files, distributing
files, inputing patient billing, that is what goes into the office, eh, but I
can also know how to measure the blood pressure of patients. which I did not
know before, how was the impression while you were there? Well, maybe for the
first time I felt uncomfortable with this place, but as time went by I felt
comfortable and didn't even want to go back to school.

Ms. Neni Herlina.S, Kep. He possessed meekness with patience and diligence he
educated me there but I was never fixated on one mentor there I was guided by
many people who eventually became closer to me.
The time has passed
and has never been felt until finally the time of separation arrived right on
March 11, 2019 I was picked up by the school supervisor to immediately return
to school, after returning to school I was required to immediately complete
this dual system education report. the title to my supervisor at the school
named Ujang Herman so that it can be approved and becomes the title of the
report. A few moments later I waited for my supervisor to finally approve the
title I submitted, "Archiving the File of Rsi Assyifa Patients" about
1 week I worked on this report a lot of twists and turns that I experienced
from having difficulty doing it until I felt sad when the report I made it hard
to reject it because there was a little mistake in the writing section that
made me have to fix it and finally the report was finished with satisfactory
results.
